GUARANTEES
No product is covered by warranty unless stated in the product description. The warranty conditions in case the product is covered as well as the coverage time are mentioned in the description of the respective product and only concern this product.
RETURNS
We are happy to receive the products which did not leave you satisfied within three (3) days from the date of receipt (AND IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN USED). You will be charged the cost of returning the product as well as 10% of its value for storage. The product must be returned in excellent condition with its box exactly as you received it. Parcels that are returned to us in poor condition or products that do not work due to abuse will not be accepted. Returns that are accepted will be refunded immediately after a telephone consultation on how to return them.
In case of incorrect declaration or incomplete information from the customer, resulting in the return of the parcel, our company does not bear any responsibility.

Limits of responsibility

to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment
failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for
any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or
problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and
repairs not completed by manufacturer. We also cannot be held directly
responsible for quality issues of equipment, change in product
appearances or spares provide by the manufacturers which are listed on
our shopping cart. All of the products we sell are intended for retail
consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale.
